✝️ By booking with me, you are accepting that all deposits are non-refundable. You are given ample opportunity to view my Flickr/Portfolio before you commit to the booking.
Please ensure you are satisfied with the quality and style of my work before hiring me.
By booking me you acknowledge my editing style and that you will receive something similar.
✝️ I require a minimum 50% deposit to be paid to complete your booking.
This is strictly non refundable except in the event where your booking is cancelled and no shoot has taken place due to the fault of me.
Refunds may be given at my discretion.
If something unforeseen comes up and you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, I will reschedule you for another time that you have selected when you booked.
If you do not attend your 2nd scheduled appointment without contacting me, your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
In the event of this happening, if you still wish to go ahead with your order, you will be required to book and pay the deposit again.
✝️ If you have been unreachable or unable to work with your artist to schedule your shoot within 14 business days of booking, your order will be cancelled and no refund given. I apolagise, I don't have time to chase people.
✝️ If you paid a rush fee for an image/s and I am unable to deliver your images within 1-2 business days from your shoot time due to RL I will refund your rush fee.
✝️ As soon as your images have been uploaded, I will place them into a special display and it will be set for sale for whatever your due balance is.
You will receive communication from me letting you know your image/s are ready. And inviting you to view/purchase your new image/s in the Order Collection room at Art Lust Photography.
✝️ If you are unhappy with your images for any reason, DO NOT purchase them from the display. As once you have done that, and you have received the images in your inventory, your I can not edit them further for free.
If you see something you do not like, PLEASE contact me immediately and let me know what you wish to be fixed/changed on your images. Please be specific when discussing any re-editing to be done so I know how to fix them for you. I encourage you to create a notecard and list any details of all changes you require.
Subsequent reviews are subject to additional charges at my discretion.
✝️ When you receive your folder from the display you will find a copy of your image that was used as the "sample" which you saw on the display that you purchased from. This can be deleted.
Please wear the accompanying HUD and click it to receive your un watermarked image/s.
